Oil | Aged Balsamic
Lomondo's Australian Aged Caramelised Balsamic is a wonderful Australian Balsamic Vinegar - 'naturally caramelised' and produced in Mudgee on the Central Tablelands of NSW.
Aged in oak barrels for a minimum of three to five years. The red wine vinegar used in the development stage has been hand made from local Mudgee red wine grapes.
