Adelaide Hills Brie was originally available only in large 800g rounds, but as a result of high consumer demand for smaller portions they have released the Adelaide Hills Brie in 200g rounds. Like its Adelaide Hills Camembert counterpart, it is hand made from local milk that results in a creamy rich texture. The Brie has an earthy ‘mushroomy’ flavour that continues to develop in pungency as it ripens.
CAMEMBERT
This 200g round of white mould cheese is hand made in a traditional fashion. The Camembert ripens to become lusciously creamy, as a direct result of the buttery milk, coupled with a complex and pungent flavour like that of its French orginiators.No items found.
