Cook for 25 minutes per HALF kilo

TEMPERATURE
180 degrees

PORK

Cook for 25 minutes per HALF kilo

TEMPERATURE
180 degrees

CRACKLING
Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees. Dry off skin, then rub in olive oil and salt. Place pork into the pre-heated oven and cook at 220 for 10 minutes. Then turn the oven down to 180 degrees and continue cooking. (Time as per weight above).
